I'm not sure which Army said this, as I looked it up. In this video, Jimin got the nickname of 'Kitty Gang Jimin'. Here is the info I found: "hahah so i really had to go out and research kitty gang and here's what we got: a tweet saying that jimin helped coin the phrase when ARMY told him he looked like a biker in that outfit but with the pink hair it was like a kitty gang biker".
