This song is actually for a japanese movie soundtrack called Signal, which I believe is about time travel. A lot of fans are also speculating this music video might be related to the Bangtan Universe, which is the fictional storyline that has been running through many BTS music videos since 2015. For BTS Japanese album coming out in June, Film Out is going to be the only new japanese song on the album, the other songs will be japanese versions of their korean songs that have already been released. Rumor has it that BTS is releasing a new song in May though, we shall see. BTS love premiering new songs at award shows and the Billboard Music Awards are at the end of May, so I feel new music coming soon.

hi thanks for the reaction!! a few things: - this music video is part of the storyline which runs through their music. the story is carried through music videos, webtoons, highlight reels etc. - the basic story is that the guy who was watching the members through the window (jin) is trying to go back in time to save the other members (hourglass). the doors symbolise the different timelines and how many times he has gone back in order to save them, but he has been unsuccessful so far. - i suggest you watch some of their older songs (run, i need you etc.) to understand and there are summary videos to help you decipher the meanings. the videos that XCeleste does are very very good!! great reaction! :)
Love your reactions!!💜💜✨ So this music video and even the lyrics of it is theorized that it links to BTS's bangtan universe which contains their fictional stories that brought theories here and there since 2015. All the music videos they made or the lyrics of some of it was/is speculated by the Armies to have a connection to the storyline and we love it 'cause it's very relatable, that it talks about life's hardships such as problems that might bring friendships to end. In this music video the traces of fake love was seen (the papers flying), fake love is their song too and in that music video there are papers flying in jin's room again, btw jin is actually the member that has the ability to time travel and he uses it to save their friendship or his other member which he cherishes the most (part of the storyline) and the several doors you've seen is the other parallel universe's that jin went to in order to try and save his friends but it always fails and his attempt were in vail so far. I suggest you guys watch some of xCeleste theories or explanation as it helps a lot but if you really want to dive in deeper or to understand more of the story you guys should watch their other videos and mv's that has connection from the BU aka Bangtan Universe.I hope this helps!! It is not a love song. It is about loss and while the song is written for a movie, the mv is tied to their BTS Universe (fictional) storyline. Jin's tragedy is seeing all his friends die and he goes into different time loops trying to save them. The story is still evolving.
Please do “mma 2019” it’s line 37 min 4-5 songs with intros individual solo stage dances to a variation of one of their songs and each member has a different song . There is someone dancing in water, bts turning the whole show into a solar system complete with shooting stars and planets on the ceiling, love horses , a Trojan horse and aerial dancers lol it’s the best live stage I have ever seen from any group ever… this one is EXTREMELY special and all the members were there not like 2020 where suga is there too!!!

Please do “I need u” the original version is 19+ bc of the dark themes in it and it’s the start to the bts storyline that they have going through a lot of their music videos and there’s a webtoon and just all the different concepts have pieces to the puzzle… you don’t need to do the storyline if that’s not something you’re into…. But this music video goes to part of the storyline….. but I’m really hoping you’ll watch that one beginning music video … I think it will surprise yoy
