My son was very much similar to this kid at age 9. He had a few fights at a time and was super fast. But, he does not even have the cardio to do a few kicks now at age 18. If you don't train, you will simply loose it all.

Somewere a kid in the slums of thailand training,he didn't get the chance to meet buakaw,just because he had no money to meet Muay thai legends like this kid could
