🧺Ingredients for 2 Person:
🌾250 gr. Rice based
🌾325 gr. Cold Water
🌾1 / 2 Teaspoon of Salt
🌾500 gr. Broccoli
🌾1 Carrot
🌾200 gr. Mushrooms
🌾240 gr. Tempeh
🌾1 Avocado
🌾Thyme
🌾Sage
🌾Sesame Seeds
🌾Olive Oil
🌾Soy Sauce
🌾Black Pepper
🌾Salt
Toast the rice in a saucepan over high heat, stirring continuously for 1 minute.
Add cold water, salt and cover with a lid.
When it starts to boil, lower the heat to low, slightly remove the lid and cook for 10 minutes without ever turning.
Once ready, leave covered until ready to serve.
In the meantime, cut the broccoli, carrot and mushrooms, season with soy sauce, salt, pepper and olive oil and bake for 30 minutes at 220 °.
Cut the Tempeh into strips and cook for a few minutes in a pan with the aromatic herbs, soy sauce and olive oil.
Cut 1 avocado into slices and add to dish.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and enjoy.
