Ingredients:
60 cornstarch
120 gr. + 200 gr. Soy milk
200 gr. Cream of Coconut (leave coconut milk 1 night in the fridge)
1/2 Lemon
1/2 vanilla bean
100 gr. White sugar
1 Pinch of saffron
brown sugar to taste
1 roll of puff pastry
chopped hazelnuts (optional)
Cooking time:
15 minutes at 200° + 15 Minutes at 170°
