@Elangovan Periasamy that's because China is a single party communist nation where only one leader rules for quite long time to not just implement his strategy but also to manage n rectify the errors in it. Whereas in India after Mr. Singh brought the reforms, there was a huge political chaos till the end of the decade. N even as PM of India, he brought RTI, US-India Nuclear deal, MGNREGA. India had a GDP rate of 11%, due to Mr. Singh's finance policy, India survived the 2008 global economic recession.

Watching this in 2024. With due respect to Mr. Manmohan Singh, his focus was not on manufacturing and exporting the products. Had he done that in 1992, India would have been on a different growth trajectory.
