I hope this will solve my issue with this engine. My bike has xv250, but it only goes up to 81kmph (50 miles per hour). I hope changing fuel filter and spark plugs will solve this

Prop not, but worth a shot, id check blocked main jet, stuck float as well!

Lol on this bike its great on a inline 4 cbr i had it was a nightmare. One benefit of a vtwin!!! Chhers viper6 hope retirement is treating you well!
