farmers in the US mostly grow corn for animal feed, ethanol, or high fructose corn syrup. The rest grow soy or sunflower. All the actual edible vegetables come from outside the us. I dont want it to seem like I dislike farmers. I know the work they put in to end up with an uncertain profit. But modern farmers arnt feeding the country like in decades past....

honest answer here, worked with a LOT of diesel engines.... actually i was paid for almost 10 years to beat them offroad ( posted to CFB Gagetown as an Armored Crewman) Diesel engines are only reliable when you floor them! Theyre design to be beated from day one lol. Floor it and theyll love you Try to sip fuel and theyll ruin you

I owned a 7.3. I wouldn't think they would be much for a mud truck. Lots of torque. I recon it was the one I had probably. I had a 460 or couple of those. They made more throttle response and wheel speed for mudding.
