In part 2 of our drift kart build series, we finally get to see if this thing actually drifts! We add a seat, some bigger wheels and make some adjustments to the frame. Enjoy!

Oh my god!!! I have one of these quads sitting in my garage that I was about to sell. I'm so going to cut it up with my Son (11) and make one of these. We'll bring it to Melbourne to learn to shred with you guys :-D such a great idea
@@itsmikelake got an update. Wheels arrived today (second hand scrubs) so going to be making up hubs for the quad to take the new wheels. Then I'll get to cutting the frame up to make it low once they're mounted ;) also Jake says Hi (I work with him in IT)
Hey mike if you give me the size of the pvc pipe inside measurement I can see if we have thinner wall thinkness pipe then the other ones I gave you already for some spear one And I’m keen to make one for some fun
Can anyone help with what tires my drift kart can fit/use. Rims are 5 inch (127mm - 12 cm) on the Front and Back. But the tires in the Front are marked (SL 4.5) 10.0 - 5 and the Back are marked (SL 5.5) 11.0 - 5....
FUCK GAS MOTORS! 😂 After i switched to a 3k watt brushless motor kit for 240$ plus choice of battery, but first time i couldn't stop laughing lol, makes it so much more fun without that dang noise an neighborhood doesnt hate me, sure only get 2-3hrs but thats more than enough an if not i/ya can just get another 100-250$ battery back then switch um out an can run another 2-3hrs, meanwhile the battery on nice charger would be fully charged so could keep on goin! Granted ya rig a small motor "cooler" which cost me 70$ but 100% worth it as never gets warm so get full power 😮, BTW i dont hate gas motors as still use um along with drivin a big ole diesel truck thatll smoke like a train! 🤗
