Nice project lads. You should just make a small extension for the rear mount at the pin. Then if a long boy is driving the extension would lift the rear of the shell up a couple of inches.

I guess it would be difficult but you could make a bubble on the roof as a space for head :) the bubble could be replaceable with flat surface when Sam is gonna drive it. Anyway, i love it!

The traditional jacking point turned into a funny car trunk with an RC body clip design was super smart!!! :D

Impressive thermalforming of the plastic sheeting, that was a very practical method to get panels to fit in real time rather than if to make a vacuum mold that would take alot of real time for a singular vehicle project instead of a fleet or a plethora, or even a surplus. Kevin, don't let them try to shink you to fit into the vehicle, it will take 70 or so years due to gravity.

for the hole in the roof , you should cut a rectangle hole with hinges to open or close. great video!

One solution could be to add hinges on one end of the roof and some sort of a support rod on the other, much like how hoods on older cars work. This would raise the roof a little, so that taller people can fit inside little Kevin with ease, plus it's quicker to open/close

Don't ever comment but this was a cool project & video.. Would be cool to see Kevin and Kevin Jnr drifting or little Kevin drifting around Kevin as it drives along
