I have a fixed 100 inch screen and couldn’t figure out how to add a TV to my room so I added another projector! I found a great deal on a super bright LED projector (Hitachi LPWU3500] so I can watch whatever I want and keep some lights on in the room. I can’t be wasting hours on my JVC with no HGTV 🤣

If you want better dialogue intelligibility... bring the centre channel to the outside edge of the cabinet.

That’s dope man we really have the same setup except receiver I have the Sony 7.2 and optima 141x I have 4 Polk t15 going to use one set as atmos and I have the Polk T50 for the front

I see you're a Raven's fan too! Haha, I'm also from Baltimore. Nice setup! One thing I noticed is that you re using a fire Tv, I use to use one too but upgraded to an Apple TV. I didn't really tell anyone what I did and my dad noticed right away that things sounded more separated and was much easier to pin point. Volume was louder as well. More information per channel if felt like too. Again, I didn't even tell my dad I moved away from the Fire TV and he noticed a difference. Trash in is trash out. There is also the Nvida Shield pro which I hear is also amazing, but I haven't used it personally.

Very nice, i went a little higher end on mine but i like your room. The ceiling isn’t finished in my basement so i just have the Dolby Atmos speakers that point up. I would love the in ceiling ones.

@@KedrickFoster i would love a room like yours because the open ceiling i am not a fan of but its a drop ceiling from how part of the living room is so if I finish the ceiling it would be super low.

Impossible! LOL! Still, a very good selection of components. You have some very good information in your video. If you make the effort and put in the research, you can put together a very good system. I like the projector you added and the motorized screen. Nice touch. Just one thing you mentioned and that's upgradability. There are some companies out there that allow upgrade thru firmware downloads so look into that. Although I'm way passed the inexpensive home theater system I would only say that when I went to separates it was like night and day and I can never go back, especially when playing my DVD-Audio disc's. But, you have to start somewhere and this is an excellent start.

@@KedrickFoster @Kedrick Foster I'm sure you're aware of this but definitely wait for 8K. I believe it upconverts to 8k and that alone is worth the price. They already have a great Denon receiver, the AVR-S960H 8K Ultra HD 7.2 Channel at 90Watt X 7 ATMOS 3D ready for around $700.00. What speakers are you looking at? This is where you end up breaking the bank...lol. Seriously, you can't hook up cheap speakers to that Denon receiver. It would be like having a new expensive sports car with cheap and cheesy tires. I would highly recommend the ones I bought, the Klipsch R-625FA ATMOS speakers. Badass speakers, but of course they're not cheap. You can find them on Amazon for around $400.00 each. They have the Height ATMOS speakers on top of the speaker cabinet pointing straight up. They also have the speaker binding posts' at the bottom for the main array and posts for ATMOS just above the mains. Very cool and if I remember correctly, you can also find them used for a lot less.

This projector gets the job done pretty well. ru-vid.comUgkxS9P8zTOcmQg-hH0QeUi3dspOLyYgQ6dH Bear in mind it's a mini projector but all things considered the picture quality is pretty good. The attached photo is of the projector projecting onto my white closet doors. I still have not messed with the settings but I can't wait for our first family movie night on a larger scale. If you have issues with volume not working with your firestick, go into volume settings and you will find your solution there.

Do yourself a favour and remove the star wars poster on the left-hand side. The reflections are just so distracting, Apart from that, the right-hand side of the room is excellent and you have managed to create a very good movie room for not much outlay. Good job :)
