as always, the idea is not bad, but ideally a lot of things need to be thought through and done

Where to start?... Pond is pretty but I wud rather have a shorter front yard and a POOL in the back yard! Also, why the "hard" bench in the living area?? A soft couch wud be nicer🙂 I like that "window seat". It's ok for THAT to be a "bench" with a full-length cushion on top and storage on the bottom, but you definitely need a couch in that area. Now, even tho the (nice!) bathroom is downstairs, that BED "area" is VERY small! The loft area looks bigger so it wud make a better bedroom, I think, with that great balcony upstairs.😊 U cud make that little space downstairs into a small office, but it's definitely too small as a bedroom. My opinion. Otherwise, it's a nice design.❤️

AND.... "Pocket" door for the bathroom! It's a great space saver! Plus, keep the "under-bed" storage when u move the bedroom upstairs!🙂👍

Gusto ko 2 story farmhouse at pa ikot ung beranda pa ikot. 1 master bedroom and 2 small room isa sa itaas at ibaba. Total 6 rooms. 80 to 100 square meters.

Oh.... and a "Pocket" door for that tiny downstairs spot (that shud be an office, not a bedroom) wud save more space but really, if u make it into an office, u don't even need a door there at all!
