@Snowbell the budgie life I had more then 30 budgies inside an aviary and I always took a good care of them But I get what you saying.... many people don't keep budgies as pets They keep them only for breeding and make money and all😕

I love the chattering! It’s the cutest happy sounds. My nine week baby bird is starting to find her voice and she sounds so cute! Even the squawking is cute at the moment 😂

When I got my BudDee,he didnt chirp at all.( I seriously thought something was wrong with him) but since he came to live with me,Hes not terribly affectionate, but he knows! I'm a safe person,and he chirps all the time.often lands on me,and gives me kisses. He chirps at night occasionally, ( and I respond " go back to sleep,I'm right here", and he goes back to sleep) I dont know if they dream,but his previous owner was abusive. I saved him just in time. Wonderful little guy,even learning to step up,and not be afraid of me.

My budgies do their recall a LOT and it's really LOUD , people underestimate the voice of budgies and how loud they can actually get especially when there are more than one.

Once my bird was sitting on my shoulder facing my ear and he thought It would be a good idea to do his calling chirp and it hurt so bad 😭 he passed away in 2020 but that’s like a vague memory I have of him

Wow how lovely Its nice to know that loud single chirps are good and its telling a member of the flock to come to them. My budgies to this a lot to me I'm so happy to know that they consider me as a member of their family. :)

I usually hear the mumbling chrip sound when they are resting or trying to sleep. The happy chirps they usually make when I communicate to them with the same type of noise as the happy chirps. The angry chirps I hear when I put my hand in their cage for giving them food or when I accidentally spill water when I'm giving them water.

i was standing in front of my cage with my cockatiel and my budgie started flying and doing unhappy sounds inside the cage and then jumped out :( i’ve had them for a week and a half and i think i need to get my parakeet a budgie friend

May you help me with my budgie Jewel. He’s been making these strange, sort of whimpering, noises. One moment, he would be silent, another he would start and continue making these sounds, even when I try speaking in a calm voice to get him to relax. So please help me I don’t want anything to get worse. It will be much appreciated. I will post a video on my channel about this to let you know. Thank you. 🙏❤

If I was making a video about budgie sounds, I wouldn't put annoying music in the background. The music is not only very annoying but also makes the budgie sounds harder to hear.

Every time there are Sparrows outside, especially when they are making sounds, my budgie starts doing the loud calling sounds and occasionally gets angry and makes very loud unhappy sounds. I don't know if that's because she hates sparrows or because she wants to hang out with them, but can't.

I cover mine every night, it’s pitch black in their cage but if there’s noise then they will chirp. I have to be so quiet around them at night like they are babies 😂

I have only 1 budgie, and he is quite old, so he has his moments of silence when he naps. He doesn’t really do those high-pitched tweeting calls, but he chirps, grinds his beak, and chatters a lot, so I think he is happy 🥰 He especially does lots of cute chirps when we give him veggies! He does some angry chirps when it's late at night and wants us to turn off the lights 😆

Guys I need help :D My budgie is completely new - and I am new in training him as well. He makes the calling sound (looud calling sound) even when I am in the same room as him. What should I do? I tried ignoring him for couple of days but he just gets louder and louder, even turns from calling to screeching. He has everything in his cage, food, water, toys... Please help asap :D

My budgies are still pretty new to my home... About 3 days now and they don't like when I come near their cage. However they've been doing that calling chirp quite often lmao. Very loudly, so what do they want? I usually whistle back at them but I'm confused, because they keep doing it but don't actually want me lol

There is also the hissing voice they make when you are too close and make them uncomfortable. But you have to pay attention to it because their hissing is pretty much minimal. Also the arguing sound I think they make them when they are overwhelmed with happiness/cockiness too

I Don’t Know why but my females budgies ( specially one in particular) scream like is the end of the world or very piss off sometimes and the funny thing is that there’s not noises, weird stuff or anything happening around her when she does this noise, sometimes I’m very concern about why she does that >.

I have a female that talks in her sleep, but her cage is in my room. She's cute, but it's awful. It sounds more happy than bothered, but... I wish she would stfu sometimes 😂
