Not true. The second unnamed officer is the reason why we know everything of what happened. He did his job and tried to offer aid. This falls on one officer and those who continually hired someone unqualified to be in law enforcement.

In one way I think we should take a page from the movie judge Dread and have a street judge out in public that we citizens can call when we feel that the cop is out of line and which they will come and investigate and not judge would have the power to suspend or even fire the officer depending on the the severity of the crime
What gives you the right to make this about race this happens just as much to other ethnicities of people as well you have no right to make this about race and make yourself look like some savior I've literally been unjustly beaten and arrested several times by the police
