Captain Ron! What fantastic advice about closing the vent to not torch the food while turning meat - I have never thought of it, and I could never troubleshoot the problem before. I THANK you for sharing the basics with us - every video is an education!

It's been on my mind for a while now to do a video on direct grilling, man. Nobody really talks about it. GREAT tip on closing the bottom vent when you're going direct, too! These look great, but the name does confuse me a little. When I think of Buffalo, I think of the orange stuff we use on buffalo wings. And I'm sure the white sauce is amazing but......I can't get past the look, man. Optics are everything, lol! But I loved the cook, and I love your style. You give a lot of great info in a very fast-paced but super friendly and informative way. Cheers!

I made these tonight and they were absolutely delicious. Tip: when you cutting the drumsticks open from the meaty side it is easy to remove that annoying little pin bone that runs alongside the main bone

That is a great idea to butterfly a drum so it cooks evenly and you only have to turn one time. Thanks for the white sauce. I do this once I get back into my house where my GE is.

Well, I’m sorry did anybody else notice that he used an orange instead of a lemon and he called it a lemon. Plus the Chinese restaurants have been cutting their chicken, wings and legs open for decades.
