There's several of them. I've only spotted two because they're naturally quite tough to see, especially if using upscaling like I do Last thing I did last I played was destroy one and try to get to it but couldn't find a path.
The fact that I know exactly which waterfalls your talking about in the massive world of the DLC that has like 1000 waterfalls, is definitely telling of something. I don't know what but something.
@@xLionsxxSmithyx nope there are, in Rellana's castle for example. When you jump down the hole that has 3 dogs at the bottom, jump across rocks and then into the top part of a waterfall and are then supposed to climb a ladder into a side room with 2 dudes. If you stay on the water level and head through the next waterfall there is a cave space with an item.
As a DM in the 80s, my friends and I got to a point, after hundreds of hours in DnD, when it was like. “I pull all sconces on the wall to see if there is a secret passage under the altar” “I pull all books in the bookshelf to see if it springs a mechanism that make the shelf revolve on itself” “I search behind the waterfall for the chest with gold” (I bought an excellent book called “Grimtooths Traps” and it fixed the situation)
fun fact: There is actually a vase hanging a bit higher up on that sloped rock platform leading down. If you shoot it it will fall right in front of the waterfall and you can loot a bellbearing.
Even worse is when you find that hidden chest and it's just another f***ing smithing stone that NOONE needs. And that was 75% of whats out there. From completely blew it.
I hear a lot of people complaining about the smithing stones, but yall fail to consider that the DLC isn’t just for you. It has to be designed with present and future players in mind. Smithing stones are good rewards for all the new kinds of weapons that the DLC introduces and that everyone will want to upgrade to use them, this also helps players that get to the DLC without finishing the game first.
This being Miyazaki I half expected a huge dragon to just pop its head out and swallow you whole there, just for having the audacity to even look for loot.
this is a souls game so a leaping enemy is supposed to be behind the waterfall. And yes I saw the one that does attack as you approach the waterfall in the DLC
No loot under the waterfalls and also NO SECRET CAVES behind waterfalls either... I enjoyed the DLC but there's a lot of really disappointing things about it. P.S... People are saying there is but that's false, the loot they are talking about is above or infront of the waterfalls.
