The BUGARU project is finally back in the shop. I have done some suspension and steering work to rid it of the terrible death wobble when I first did the Subaru engine conversion.

Love seeing the bug back! Did you do anything for the temperature sensor? I heard that after market gauges don't match well with the stock sensors.

+Ian .McKenna So there is a temp sensor, which feeds the computer data, and there is a gauge SENDER, which feeds you information (on the gauge) - your new temp gauge should come with a calibrated sender. Cheers!

Almost forgot I was a subscriber. The poly bushings? T3 Concepts, or some other specialized vendor? Would you say that the poly bushing set is the only way to counteract the "death wobble"? Curious minds want to know!

+Forthwith Tx Yeah, when I have to do wiring harness constantly it makes for little shop time. I went with the Empi poly bushings. I could have gone rubber but figured I'd try poly - should last a lot longer but may squeak eventually. Used antisieze to hopefully counteract the squeakiness of poly. I hear good things about T3.
