Come on, you have an spot weldere, an really good one and you still solder the cells with normal soldering iron, oh boy. Great speaker though.

My thoughts exactly, use a spot welder if you have one, soldering is only useful if you don't have spot welder as soldering can cause excess heat build up.

hola es muy pequeño ese bms para esas baterías si lo usas de mas amperaje seria mejor ya que si el fabricante pone de 20 amperios al ser chino le tienes que quitar minimo 8 amperios pues son copias el 90% con mala calidad

I wonder how many of those batteries have bad BMS. Which is likely what happens to most of them.

Yes, usually the battery BMS will fail before the cells in these power tools, as some models don't even have cell balancing, plus some BMS are designed to just stop working after a certain amount of use. BMS can also fail if just one cell fails, but the rest of the cells are still good.

Decent enough! I think I should build myself a speaker one day soon :). Suggestions for improvement: add some rubber feet on the bottom to stop it from sliding; possibly don't use as much foam inside as that could get caught in the speaker drivers/cause excess heat build up; use the spot welder instead of soldering for battery packs; use slightly smaller amplifier as it was over-driving the speakers.

I just wanna ask is it BMS safe if i charger it using cctv adaptor 12v 1-2A? I charger my battery more or less 2 hours and it got very hot, when i check it one by one, one of the battery dead (become 1v)

1V is not OK for a lithium battery pack. Charging using a 12V charger should be OK, it will take the cells to 4V each (on average), so it seems like either one of your cells has failed or you've connected the batteries the wrong way around anyways

@@TheSpotify95 no, already charge the battery 2x and nothing happened, but the third time its happening like that Is it the battery or the charger? Do i need put avometer? so i know total voltage, maybe one of them broke(the 1v battery) so when i charge it all of them got very hot

@@soul5988 First thing I would say is don't charge the battery pack again just yet, use a multimeter and check the voltage of each cell to make sure none is above 4.2V. If any cell is above 4.2V then your BMS isn't working correctly as it is letting your cells be overcharged. So long as the battery pack is correctly configured (3 cells in series for 11.1V, then however many you have in parallel) then everything should be OK, you might as well then charge it and see what happens to each cell when you charge it. If any cells have failed then you'll need to remove the failed cells and replace them. NOTE: This assumes your battery is a 3S battery pack (11.1V nominal). If you have the same configuration as in the video then it will be a 6S configuration and you will need a 25.2V charger (6x 4.2 = 25,2V).

Already buy her radio tape but it kinda hard to find her favorit channel, using mp3 player it got better receiver, speaker portabel even has better receiver signal 😅
