Pretty good idea, but im sure you could fabricate better support/mounts for the gear box..those little tabs welded to the edge of square tubing is very weak,it is also only supported in 2 of th 3 locations needed to properly support the gear box, especially when under a load. cool idea none the less with alot of potential in the design, but poorly exicuted in this case. with this proof of concept you should now go back and rebuild/design much stronger and then mount it to a scooter or something rather lightweight.

You put 2 plates at 0.7kW, they deform at the first request... The idea is good, but its application is not.
