Went to the park and serpentine crawled. Going forward it felt great. Going backwards I dont know if I have ever felt so much popping, clicking, and clunking ( is that a word ) while crawling. Feeling great now! Thanks Tim!
Could you do a video about how to improve mobility for the kind of extending leg motion needed to get on and off a bicycle? I have good levels of strength and fitness in many ways, but my leg mobility to swing over and on to a bicycle has really declined over the years and I don't even know how this happened to me.
