hi joshua , quick question , for max range on dji air unit v1 with googles v1 , do you think 25mb/s and low latency got more range than 50mb/s low latency ?

One other thing you missed: The Nano90 also doesn't support any 16:9 modes, I'm pretty sure. That's quite important for those who prefer to fly using that.

Could have needed this tutorial a Month ago :D My HDZero VTX interferes with my gps modular. I tried wrapping the cable in Alu foil and grounding it, but that didn't help. Do you have any tips?

Do u still have one of those ghost vtx? I could really use it haha just got my first fpv (arris c250v2) and ive gone thru all your betaflight videos and some others and ive learned just about everything needed to program my drone the way i want it for now and later i can turn it up and blast the hell out of it but my video doesnt go far at all!

@Joshua Would be really interesting if you could build your ideal "Long range" quad, like 8"/7", maybe motors 1100 6S something like that :D I know your not so much of a long range guy. Also maybe compare which vtx/analog/digital would be optimal, maybe with digital that can squeez the most on range? Would be fun to see that, even tho I'm aware your not a big fan of LR :D

At 7:29, I woudn't put those pins full of the Bluetag back to the connector😯...this needs to be cleaned first...BTW, why didn't you use Omnifixo to hold the connector instead of the Bluetag?

@JoshuaBardwell They gone lift parallel to the ground like most drones during flight they will angle forward as gain speed. The study that will be made is what the best angle for the speed they fly. And how long they can fly perpendicular to the ground. To know how to make more efficient fast drones without fix wings like tilt rotors. I know they can fly parallel to the ground whatch the drone that make the fastest quadcopter in the world on Guinness record. I need to know how to program the attitude angle of flight in betaflyte, for example.

@JoshuaBardwell And about the lifting force to keep flying perpendicular to the ground will be generated by diferecial thrust like al quadcopters maneuvers. In simple terms, the two motor and propellers facing the ground will spin in a different speed than the others.

If the drone is perpendicular to the ground, there is no vertical component of thrust, and it falls out of the air. The drone must always have some thrust angle less than 90 degrees to have any vertical component of thrust. The vertical component of thrust must be equal to the weight of the drone. So you can use trigonometry to figure out the amount of vertical vs. horizontal thrust. If you have a drone that weighs 650 grams, and the motors make a total of 4 kg of thrust, at what angle is the vertical compoennt equal to 650 grams? That is the maximum tilt angle of the drone without losing altitude.

New enthusiast here totally green Want to get into this hobby but dont know where to start Things I do know I would like to have the fat shark goggles and the RadioMaster Zorro max Controller Also would like a long range drone I have a frame and propellers that have gotten off of Amazon But I’m perplexed as far as motors stacks, and everything in between as in to what I need to be fully ready To start flying Fully Functional drone How many batteries and what kind Controller if it will work/pair with each other ahhhhhh

Non flyer here. Is it possible to get an fpv drone on par or better than a dji mini 4 pro? Is this it? Is the HDZero better than the O4 system?

An FPV Drone is a totally different animal from the MIni 4 Pro. It's like asking whether a sportscar is better than a passenger bus or a truck. HDZero has much lower latency than the DJI system, so it is most appropriate for high-speed, precise flight in close proximity to objects. It has worse image quality, resolution, and range compared to the DJI system.

u thing hold the VTX with Tape is good? i mean the VTX will go hot, this has no effect on the durability from the Tape?

I assure you, it's fine. That tape will hold. You can use screws if you prefer.
