havent had a chance to play this league - but man ill be excited to see what builds people come up with with this one! Always love the build contests anyways but this item has so many directions you can take it makes it that much better 😁

a great design concept My original idea was to use Void Knight Use the javelin as a carrier to trigger various void spells Trigger "Winter's Arrow" and "Retribution" Taking void damage as the main purpose

If I had the time to grind properly I would love to participate in this, but I’m just as excited to see what people come up with for this.

Lol, that's my Spellblade build actually. I was kinda disappointed when I tried it because the node to proc frostclaw in it's tree and in spellblade are not additive. They are independent, so in order to feel good you need a ton of attack speed.

I have a +4 to javelin erased code of the sentinel, with like 98% added melee damage or something, from a nemesis weaver drop. I think I found a use for it on my Void Knight :)

void beam warpath VK? sounds pretty sweet to me

I don't think the harvest from chaos bolts proc this. They don't proc the mana from harvest on chest. They're both item affects. Hybrid scaling is a bit weird. Melee attack is easier to find than spell damage except with immolators oblation + maehlin's hubris + spirit plague last patch. But I don't know if a 42% conversion is good enough. Bane of winter also can't get cast speed since it's a spear so it only really works with channeling cold/void spells like ghostflame specced for cold. It also works for spells with a cooldown/high mana cost so cast speed doesn't matter. Its multipliers on time rot means you probably want void knight if you want to rely on voidwinter bolts for damage. 600% is a lot of added spell dmg but maybe you can find more in skill trees of most skills if you assume these shoot out 1.5x a second.
