I was wondering which piece of equipment you liked better for Nordic training. The nordic bench from the tib guy or this nordic mini from freak athlete? Which is better cushioned for the knees?
Just found your channel and have been loving the content! I started watching your early videos first and as I got to this one, without even looking for it, I’ve noticed how much your physique and body composition seemed to have change. I don’t think you’ve really focused on this unless I missed it? So, is this mostly from doing ATG? It’s quite amazing and exciting to think you can get all the benefits you’re looking for from the program while getting a better physique at the same time!
