The Tri-Flexor has become one of my favorite pieces of equipment to use for my ATG workouts lately, and I wanted to share a more in-depth review with you guys on how I've been using this amazing piece of equipment.
I'm a huge fan of multipurpose equipment, and the Tri-Flexor does the job. I can easily transition from working my glutes, hammies and hips to my tibs and ankles in less than a minute. HIGHLY recommend.

Wow, this triflexor seems like a game changer for anyone looking to take their fitness routine to the next level! I'm really impressed by the unique design and versatility of the product. It's amazing how it can target multiple muscle groups with just one device. The triflexor would definitely be a great addition to my home gym and even when I'm traveling frequently and want to stay on top of my fitness routine. The fact that it's lightweight and portable inside a case is a huge win!

Do you think this is better than the new version of the solo tib bar with the heal strap? Specifically for hip flexor and hamstring work is there an advantage to the weight being located closer to the heal vs closer to the toes?

I feel like it feels more stable with the plates on the side vs the new Tib bar with strap!

Have you tried or had any experience with the Kensui ANKR? Specifically the Max. It’s very similar to this, except for not being as effective at Tib Raises.

Hi victoria. Was thinking about getting into the ATG program . Just came across you and just wanted to clarify when you started did you have knee pain still from your acl and the coaches gave you tips to work around it? Or were you good and just wanted to get better than before? Currently dealing with knee pain and considering trying out atg.

Also wanted to note have never gotten checked out by the doctor so don't know what pain it actualy is.

Yes when I started I still had some knee pain going on and the coaches encouraged me to modify to help the movements become pain free. You could always try the program for a month and see how the knee feels and decide from there if you want to get it checked out by a doctor. But at the end of the day, it’s important to feel out what’s best for you and your journey ☺️

Do you know they have any 1 inch plate options?
@VictoriaDorsano

Gymnast may use it at 45lbs...strong tibs are needed for front tumbling. ;)

So you can't attach a dumbbell to this?
@VictoriaDorsano
@VictoriaDorsano 4 месяца назад
No, but the solo tib bar from the tib bar guy allows for a dumbbell attachment!

@@freakathleteco Great to know that. I will try to be on check as I am really interested on getting one for standard plates :) I would also like to know if the nordic minibench is going to get a one inch plate version.
