Very nicely done Wane I have just finished my DeLorean as well. It’s a beautiful build very happy with it as you we went through a lot of ups and downs with the company that started this but we have finished and very satisfied. Thank you Win for everything.

Are they improving the flux capacitor and Christmas Tree? That was pure garbage. I finished my Delorean 2 years ago. Couldn't imagine going thru that chaos again. The door hinges were garbage, too. I enjoyed doing the dashboard and interior wiring. It was really challenging. Attaching the top half of the car to the bottom half was a challenge, too. I enjoy the challenges more than just screwing two or three pieces together. Anyone can do that part. The harder parts is what makes it all worth the effort at the end.

The only reason I would build another one is to make a legitimate hover conversion with the wheels folded down correctly and lights in the wheels and vents and the landing lights on the bottom 😆

I would build this car again if the mistakes done by eaglemoss have been corrected, but something tells me that we would still have broken or wobbly wheels and a none working flux and be missing the lightning rod from the end of the first film, something that should had been release as part of the basic build. Maybe Agora can give us more info

Do you know a way to replace Issue 5 once the car is finished? I had a piece break and the drivers side wheel just flops now. Do I need to take the entire car apart?

Noooooo. It’s 129 stages at roughly £10 per stage. All these models come in around £1300

Since you’re building it again will you be modding the second one and will you leave the original playlist up for the Eaglemoss one? I watch it from time to time to go down memory lane because that build is what pushed me to do the DeLorean in the first place and sent me on my part work journey that now consists of over 10 models either in progress or completed! I’d hate to lose that playlist!

after visiting the fanhome page, I must say that it is extremely confusing, no word on final and complete cost not to mention the information concerning issues/packages and assembly stages just doesn't make sense, on one page it reads a total of 11 assembly stages, over a 1st and 2nd packages and then the 5 final assembly stages over an un-numbered amount of packages as it just reads (next packages) ... confusing much? but then if I click on the option to (continue from an assembly stage it lists 158 assembly stages ... though and as mentioned, under the subscription link and under the title "what your receive, it only makes note of 11 assembly stages, over an unknown number of packages? as only the 1st and 2nd package is mentioned? if you couldn't tell already, I'm very confused ... unsure of total price, unsure of number of packages, unsure of number of assembly stages ... arggggg

Okay the car is 129 stages. The extended stages for the railway tracks, hood box and rail wheels will take you up to 159. Decided that by however many Fanhome put in a box and you get how many deliveries you will have. Normally more in a box after the first delivery

@@WorldofWayneUK Heya mate, thanks for the reply, though to be honest, I'm still confused as their web page reads (1st package, assembly 1, 2) (2nd package, assembly 3,4,5,6) (next packages, 5 assemblies) so, after the first 2 packages of 6 assembly stages, there are 123 stages remaining and I'm guessing each of the (next packages) contain 5 assemblies each, so those "packages of 5" need to be divided by the remaining 123 assembly stages and that gives us, 24 packages, b.u.u.utttt damn, one package per month?, that's two years in total! does this sound correct? 2 years to finish a model I could finish in a couple of days! ouch and at a cost of $385.00USD? WOW ... or am I getting something completely wrong? but then it's even more confusing, where the web page reads that the first package includes 2 assembly stages, charged at stage 1@$1.00, 2@$7.00, yet package two includes assembly stage 3@$free, 4@$13.99, 5@$13.99, 6@$13.99 but then, then final part reads "nxt packages" of 5 assembly stages at a cost of "$13.99 per issue" ... so now they're also using multiple terms "packages, assembly stages and now "issues" ... so is an issue a package? if so, why not just use one term? "issues" or "packages" and also, why is now 5 assemblies charged at $13.00 when, in the previous package, almost each assembly stage was charged at $13.99 each? very confusing here is the page I'm reading from www.fanhome.com/us/subscribe?sku=H7F428PRRE0000MM001
