Hi Dhruvin, Thank u very much for sharing such an informative video.I am very new to this PowerApps platform. I just wanted to ask i also need hourly leave option in the leave management system .I want to add leave hours like 1 hour or 2 hours and once the hourly hours option is selected i want to disable leave days to be disabled and the value of days should be 0.Please suggest it would be really a big help for me.Thanks in advance.

Hello, I don't have sharepoint. Therefore I am attempting to replicate your process by creating Choices for Approvers and Department. I am then attempting to create tables called Leavers and Approvers. Would this be a solution? Apologies in advance if this doesn't make sense.

I need help in creating the second SharePoint list because in setting we cannot see the department in column of approvers list. But in actual list it is there so how you added that department column in second list ( approver)??

Hi Sir, i like your video but could you suggest how we can populate user information based on dropdown select item. Suppose i select user1 Then below two textbook should populate his fullname and email id.

Hi Dhruvin, thank you so much for sharing such a detailed video on Power Apps and showing us a live application. I wanted to check that do we need to give access to the end user on SharePoint list to use Leave Management System App as we don't wont our users to see other users data or leaves.

You need to give Edit Permissions on List to end users if they want to insert or update the list records. To maintain users to view and edit only their own record use this technique. sharepointmaven.com/how-to-enable-item-level-permissions-in-sharepoint/

For Approver List, we are t in list settings , there is no info about departmentm why?

Hi Dhruvin, Thanks for the video. I have one query. You have created two lists. Leaves and Approvers. In the Approvers list.There is a column called department.Is that a lookup cloumn which you are pulling from Leaves list.

lists are not available in O365 so what is the other option ... plzz suggest... Thank you so much for informative video..

What other sources can we use if we do not have Sharepoint, as I am only using it for trial purposes?

1. Dataverse (CDS) 2. Excel 3. SQL Server And Many more. This supports many connectors. docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/connections-list
