Everything is expensive in Cape Coast /Elmina. My project is Elmina and building materials is expensive when you do, It will be best to buy from Kumasi, Takordi or Accra and transport them, you better have a proper plan to store them, or they will be stolen. Good luck guys, I know you can do it.

I am so glad to see you in The Pan African community. I have 4 plots in phase 2. I will watch this closely. Blessings to you both. The DPM is so important to me. I have Asthma and an allergy to mold. I need a good dry building. I will be in contact.

You can get cheaper blocks from Legna in Abura-Cape Coast. It's much cheaper than the price you quoted. You can also ask them for other building materials like those you had to go all the way to Accra to buy. Even if they don't have, they can direct you to Cape Coast based sellers. Thank you.

Project looking good. Everything in asebu is more expensive. Thats where I am and building. PAV. I get alot of my stuff from Kumas. There a supplier name Ms. Grace, I will put her phone number. She can get you anything you looking for. Thanks for sharing

I'd also like a 4×2 bedroom apartment, very interesd in the cost, can you give me an idea so I can plan ahead and see if I can afford such a project

Hi Tony, The cost will depend on many factors including the design, overall size of the building, location and ground conditions etc. The best way to budget is to commission an estimate to be prepared by a qualified quantity surveyor. Thanks

With all this heat in ghana, why will you want to build a basement,

With a proper ventilation strategy, basements can become a valuable addition to any home. This construction method is taking advantage of the land to create a usable space for the client.

Believe me, the basement will not be hot because above you, have a building above a lot of air will be coming in
