7:45... I actually almost understood what Rob instructs him to do at this point! 😱. I can comprehend! Now I gotta find time to practice so that I can get my next lesson!
I might be in my feelings but this brought tears to my eyes.. Great job Jason. Your hard work is obviously paying off. Rob, your enthusiasm for the young mans success is precious bro. As a aspiring teacher its inspiring. Let's gooo!!
Pretty damn good, especially at the end, Rob really seems to connect with his students. Must be really cool to see someone you taught from scratch progress to the point where they're at competition level... Excellent vids, keep em coming man!!
lol -thats the point ...I think 70 % of all this bedroom hardcore dj routines are not bulletproof .... RS is a legend... i learn djing from the "shure 101" tutorial video back in the days (thats one of the best dj videos ever......)
Damn... the age we live in. I used to watch dmc routines and have no clue how to break down the steps of some of their juggles. Aside from that, I had no idea what records they were using half the time. Even if I did, there was no guarantee my local spot would have it. Nevertheless doubles. Now I can watch a video, download an mp3 and get an in depth tutorial from a fucking dj hero. Wtf.... I’m high on life right now
Awesome bro can you scratch 45s if you can can you up load a video of it that will be real cool and we can do sessions together teach me how to scratch peace. Blessing bro
lol - do you have rock the bells? :) Thanks Rob, your advice! About not using the fader, for the scratch to realign the beat! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I know this has been my problem for getting it past the more simple backspin patterns.(so I can do the 2nd part of this pattern)... I been learning this for years, since the late 90s... I never had anyone to stand over me and watch and tell me, but watching this... Bang! Yeah... I do that! Damn!!!
not to be cocky, Rob, and much respect to your student, but I feel like after watching this one time, I feel like I could #onetakesit even after my accident after about 1 hour of practice.
