Building a Bushcraft Log Cabin Shelter 

Building my first lean-to shelter, or gapahuk, in the forest. I used simple tools and did all the work by hand. Nature is always the greatest place to be for destressing and detoxing. Just a getaway from the daily habits. Spending my time to build like my great grandfather would do it is both relaxing and educative. I’ve learned to enjoy the time and calmness the woods provide to us.
Suddenly there came huge amounts of snow and the shelter was nearly unreachable. I hope I can sleep there soon.
