This week at The Hot Rod Shop, Jeremy Bumpus updates on the Chevy OBS progress and walks us through the process of laying out a custom dash. One major feature of this dash is that it is removable. We start by creating a skeleton out of metal rod and tubing for the sheet metal to wrap around. Next we pieced together template paper and got our lines exactly how we wanted them. The more time spent at this stage means less time spent in the fabrication stage. We'll let this sit for a few days to make sure we're happy with it, then start covering it!
