Analog guitar pedals aren't tremendously complex devices, but they're still a little metal box of mystery for many players. I thought it'd be fun to find the cheapest pedal kit I could find ($23.23 shipped!) and assemble it on-camera so everyone can see how not-a-big-deal putting one of these together is.
The first half of this video is about soldering and prepping for your build. if you already know how to solder, feel free to skip that. Also, if you just have to have this exact fuzz pedal, it's a Landtone Fuzz. Do with that information what you will.
Seriously, this one was a lot of fun to record, especially because a lot of it was stream-of-consciousness and reacting to the build. That said, look forward to a few short and EASY videos after this, as I (and my computer) need a break. Enjoy the video, and keep playing.
