Good design. The multi-angles always make it look custom. I'm surprised you used 1/4" material throughout. Usually CNC plasma tab width is 1/2 the material thickness. You will figure it out for your table.

Great job! Wish I had access to a CNC plasma table. I have Inventor, (sorry, don't do Solid Works or Fusion) so I can do the sheet metal design for bumpers. I can see why the complete bumpers are so pricey. I've helped do a flat bed extension on an old F-100, to accommodate hauling a race car and found that the proper flap disk makes short work cleaning up welds and making them look good. Got to love those plasma arc, got your table all working. Must be real nice haven such a large shop to work in. You do great design, fitting and welding. Are you setting up for selling a DIY project for others ? I’d buy both front and back bumpers if the cost is good. I have a 2001 jeep XJ sport. I’m New York State certified welder since 1973 I have my own mig welder so I can do all the welding, just need pcs to weld together. Let me know if you sell the bumpers as a DIY bumpers. on the porosity are you using inert gas? it looks like it bc its a pretty clean welt what are you running?
