Great interview, congratulations Sarah. I never thought about promoting myself as a podcast producer, so I have since changed one of my titles from "podcast coach" to "podcast producer" as that is what I have been doing since 2017.
Really enjoyed this conversation with Sarah! Specifically, loved the conversation around how often we gravitate toward the "internal" things that we can work on that don't require outside feedback / exposure to criticism. I work through this all the time with my clients. The discussion of taste vs skill was also so relatable. Excellent podcast! Helped me a lot on my podcast journey.
