Makes me realize I’m not the only person who doesn’t have enough hours in the day! But continuing to work to do better for include time what is important to me!
I do the same thing with my workout clothes when I get home! I try to lay out the outfit before I leave so it greets me when I walk in the door. I also try to get done in time so I can eat dinner. Working woman weekday struggles!

I like what u mentioned in ur last part of the video. I know i have a mental list of what my ideal day wud be and choose from those things in the moment, intuitively. So when i wake up il ask myself how am i feeling, and what do i feel like doing. Sometimes i rather take it slow, or sometimes i am awake to be productive. After work i ask myself same question and think of all things i like to do, what things i want to do in the moment. That being said, i have my non negotiables, such as priotising sleep, and doing some form of exercise. Whether it is running if i feel energetic or yoga if i want to move but in a slower and gentler pace. :)
Yess stretching feels soo good but I often forget to do it😭 and time blocking definitely helps!! I try to think of it as an outline for my day and that it’s okay if I don’t stick to it exactly but use it more as a guide and a game plan for the day 🫶🏼
Yes thank you!! Now that I have been GF for over a year now I’ve found I can have little bits of it in my diet here and there and I’ve noticed the little bit of imitation crab doesn’t hurt my stomach (thankfully!!) 🫶🏼
