Hey Rebbekah!! It’s awesome you’re taking so much care to not fall sick but a heads-up; too much ginger, turmeric, honey (especially if you’re not used to) can cause a lot of heat in the body and still make you sick. Moderation is best I believe! Learnt this from my Indian grandmother 😅❤

The medicinal mixture you made looks like something I used to drink to help me fall asleep. It tastes a lot better if you cook it in hot milk and use fresh ginger instead of ginger powder.
