Jarrod, I've been watching you forever before covid I love what you do ...I bought a 2012 box truck with 10000 miles that I've built out no its not a professional custom build but it works for me ..I'm 1 month from retirement and I'm going roll around the country while I can ....I hope to meet you one day

That steel frame you built is now the safest part of the truck. You built a NASCAR roll cage for the bed area.

I wonder if it would save a lot of weight and still be structurally sound to have used aluminum? Might be a cost and strength thing I guess.

It was better cover the frame with fiber glass sheets. Better finishing with no bolts and rivets

Nice but technically not a sleeper a sleeper is for trucking and hotshot this is more a box truck RV conversion unless you haul a 20ft Flatbed trailer behind your rig I've seen it done before

Had a few small melt spots. Nothing deep.
