BUILDING A WALL WITH NO EXPERIENCE | I converted ONE room into TWO for my kids | my live in flip 

Here is me building a wall with no experience, and then adding drywall, insulation, doors, just all the things so that I could convert a large bedroom into two smaller ones for my kiddos! This is by far the biggest project I've done to date and I'm glad that I was able to do it!
I'm just a DIYer and have no prior experience, but as a BROKE real estate investor, I decided that I wanted to have a basic set of carpentry skills in my repertoire for future projects!
This is not a - this is how to do it video. This is a - if I can do it, you can too! I graduated from RU-vid university and have a bunch of great mentors in my circle. I think that building things really teaches you a lot about life. I'm even more confident that I can do anything I set my mind to. I am limitless, and so are you!
