I’ve been getting healthier ever since my health scare a few years back at 290 pounds over 40 years old at 5 11 height. Now I’m 183 fit, lean and muscular working on ever more muscles 💪 and flatter abs 😊
absolutely,im 58 and in great shape,people think im in my early 40s because ive lifted weights for 35 years straight,no steroids no b.s.long story short women love it!they come to me first,i never asked them out even though i would have,but they love a strong man that presents is protection,my advise fellas joint the gym,not for a woman no!for yr health💪😆
