My friend who’s got plenty of these engines has around 7/8 different rover covers in different colours if your interested, freshly powder coated to,ones I can remember is yellow black & blue
The mighty 3.6 CC is such a fantastic vehicle, a true legend here in Canada and very very highly sought after. But having the 3.6 in a Scirocco is fu*king legendary mate! 👌 Great work brother and greetings from Calgary!
Insane to think this man is now doing full engine swaps in his own garage, compared to when I started watching him on a rainy day with 2 mk5 edition 30's in his backyard or the red r32 xD Keep it up dude
Would love to see this car have the full TLC approach at the end. Engine/DSG/AWD setup, tuned and running smooth, then off for a full detail. Coming from a Scirocco R fan.😂
Use the Passat subframe wishbones and alloy knuckles on the scirroco, same parts as r32 and straight fit replacement for the cast steel scirroco ones , massive upgrade over the scirroco stuff , looking forward to seeing this progress 👌
@@TRHamzaas long as possible mate. We can space really long ones over a few nights, less time to wait for the next. Much respect for doing all this work on your own 🤘
Masha'Allah, i was being selfish and thinking that you should do 45 minute videos so i can watch them whislt on my Tacho breaks from driving the truck. New year, new channel, longer videos haha, Love the content.
Very interesting I don't know why I've been subscribed to you for ages know and nothing has been cumming up so I'm glad that I've seen this hopefully they will come up automatically again know
Great build series as ever, i laughed at the "cat-s" scuttle panel 😂 you'll have to make some coffee tables out of all your engines. Ever need an extra pair of hands for anything just shout 👌
Very interesting I've been subscribed to your channel for year know hopefully it will come up automatically again know would like to keep watching this one 😁
Hi Hamza, great video and project. Just got a 2016 Golf R MK7 DSG and i've noticed there are no dsg farts while under load. I have a start stop error message come up on the dash and ive seen another video with an owner in the same situation. Currently getting the car fixed for the error but wanted to know if you had come across anything like this before and if so what can i do to get those amazing dsg farts back... I've heard a res delete would help but also heard an ECU tune is more beneficial due to thw coding VW has put on these cars. Thank you for your support, help and amazing videos.
should keep it manually if thats possible or if you leave it dsg you should turbo build it or the r36 sell one use the money for the turbo build these engines will hold a little above 700hp when done correctly just crazy ideas ik its a lot of money still sad we cant get r36s in the states
Hi Hamza, around the 10min mark you say something about aluminum axles, do you have a part number of these since I want to fit them on my MK6 GTI. I already changed the control arms for aluminum ones from a Passat and the bushings for S3 ones.
Damn, you lost me at the point you removed the DSG to swap into the Rocco. What would it entail to swap in the 6-speed manual unto the 3.6L? would a mk4/mk5 R32 6-speed transmission bolt up to the 3.6L block? I'm thinking about 3.6L swapping a 4Motion Golf Alltrack, but I NEED a 6-speed!
The yellow one is a Dewalt DCF900 and the red one is a cheaper Amazon one. I only use the yellow one if it’s a bigger bolt as it’s very strong/can break things
Hiya Hamza, been wondering, the r36cc was 4 wheel drive, but if you dont convert scirocco and leave it at 2 wheel drive(front only) .....won't that mess up the differential in the transfer box, or you keeping the original front drive box? Lovely dismantle/build by the way.
