Ron, I came across some of your videos here and there recently and just be observing the way you speak I had to wonder "does this dude know God?" and i looked you up and sure enough... I was told that you should do as many different types of calve workouts as possible. The best is a weighted vest on an incline treadmill maxed out. Genetics are super important.

Videos and people always neglect to mention how to build the Lowest part of the leg just above the ankle which is the narrowest part of the talks about calves and above the knee
