The problem I have with East Legon is the price of the properties compared to infrastructure in the surrounding area. It’s way too over priced for the area. I think it would be smart if all the home owners and property owners in East Lagon came together to start a tax for the up keep of roads and critical infrastructure in the area. This is a system that is aka known in the west as (home owner associations). In America HOA’s have a bad name but think in the case of Africa with the lawlessness of activities in the area, it would benefit there much better. It could bring a proper sewage system and storm ⛈️ drain system. It would keep the roads clean and unwanted animals and people from roaming around. At that point the properties will be worth the asking prices.
