I came here from Instagram and I’m so glad I did. Your cable management game is superb, not to mention how cool and aesthetic everything is. Definitely dropping a sub. :)
Your setup no longer looks shoved into a corner! Getting rid of the fireplace really opened the place up. Now you can even fit a 65" or larger tv in your setup!
I swear that as I enjoy your videos of set up and the car I do not enjoy any other video on RU-vid. when are you going to play ps4 games with subscribers?
Well made video. Nice relaxing music. Outstandning setup overall the best I´ve seen in quite some time. Thank you for the Item List ! Earned a new Subscriber you deserve so much more credit and views.
Great setup, and it also looks good and cozy! I have the 65" OLED and that will definitely fill up your wall a bit better now, but have you also considered a short-throw projector? I don't really do gaming, but if I did I'd be a bit worried about possible long-term image retention issues with the OLED.
Thank you mate. I think I'll go for the 65" next too, I've measured and it should fit perfectly with the unit width. I've gamed on my OLED (x2) for about 3-4 years with no issues.
hey SP. thanks for cool video. Im redecorating bedroom space right now. my seated distance from the TV is 68 inches / 174 cm. going to be PC gaming on it. what do you think about 55" at that distance? yours looks slightly further away and you mentioned you could happily go a size up. thanks for reading
Thank you for your reply i am gona use same colour for my living room.. and what colour is your carpet is it light grey? And are you changing it to a darker grey heard u say u wanted to change it... im asking coz i love you room setup and i want the same 😋
Absolutely love clean setups like this! I thought I was one of the only guys like this. I too despise cables and will do anything to hide them like you. I've recently changed my upstairs games room/lounge around, bought a new dark grey kivik 3 seater sofa, a standing wall mount which goes neatly behind and the glass base underneath my Besta Burs high gloss white IKEA TV unit. Bought a new 65 inch Sony Bravia XH9005 with HDMI 2.1 ports ready for my new Xbox Series X and PS5 once I get my hands on them and lastly a 5 meter govee light strip to stick on the back of the new TV when I get it. Great video and love the setup. 👍
Great video!!! When you use your N64, how do you connect it. Or is just for display? I've heard the EON Super 64 plug-and-play is really good for HDMI.
Whatever TV you pick, once you get used to it, it feels smaller. I have the 65" version of that TV, and now my brain is tickling me about the 77" My lady is not impressed lol, and the C9 still has PLENTY of life left. Like years... We don't play games as much anymore in our living room so i'm considering wall mounting it above our fireplace (right now it sits infront of our fireplace, because priorities....) and shifting the living room to a media focus only. We can use another room in the house as our game room, where the TV will be smaller and the focus will be more close and cozy. I really don't like playing games sat back on a far away couch. I want it right up and personal. Something like a 43 inch monitor hooked up to all the game consoles comes to mind with some bean bag seats :) I really like the setup and your dedication to "wireless" --its a high effort mission to get the performance of wired and the asethic of wireless. Will definitely be doing the same in my house soon. Putting a tube in the wall is a great idea, going to borrow that :) Cheers!
Thanks mate. Honestly, they were unplugged for the video as they are currently just hanging there 😂. But when I add the panelling it’ll be hidden under that.
I see you're married so I'm guessing this was just a spare a room? Way too lad paddy for wifey to approve it as a living room 😂. Sick room though. Very clean indeed.
Good quality content man! keep going! Saw a video of your Tesla the other day. And I was wondering what spoiler you got. Because you've got a link with the accessories of your Tesla, however, there are 2 kinds of spoilers listed there. I think you said in a video you got the Rennisis carbon fiber v1 glossy variant is that true? Looks sweet, is it still firmly attached? and don't you see any gap on the sides or something like that? Would like to hear it man.
Excellent setup, I really liked it. I also want to buy a 77-inch TV, it is an LG G1, so I have to mount it on the wall, but because of the large size of the TV I am afraid of leaving it too high so I can see in the video the distance of the tv with respect to the floor is excellent, how much distance did you leave from the floor at the beginning of the tv?
I believe that the new g1 will have a price tag quite similar to Panasonic HZ or in the best case senario, around 500$ difference between c1. Improved brightness is an important feature to me, as it will make OLED almost perfect. However i cant justify paying so much money, for that feature alone. I think it may will be better to go for a CX 65 '' at a reduced price now. Either way it will be a significant upgrade to my almost 10-year Panasonic Plasma TV. What is your opinion my friend?
Nice get up! Hey bud could you please put up a link for that wall mount off Amazon you got? I just bought a 65”CX and I like how that you can pull the tv out from the wall to connect stuff
3:50 I'm very curious, what did it cost you to flatten that wall? I recently bought an apartment which has a similar wall and I would like to have that completely flat as well. Alright, let's finish the video. Edit after the video: damn, this is so clean. The cable management is on point.
Great video! Love the changes you made and vibe of the room. I hate cables too and you did a great job with your cable management. Two questions , any issues with the receiver getting hot sitting in the cabinet? Also, are you concerned with air flow of the new consoles based on your suggested placement of them?
Cheers mate! The receiver never gets hot actually, so I've never had an issue with it (this is my second one too). Consoles, I'm hoping they will run cooler so fingers crossed they won't have an issues here.
@@SpawnPoiint Thanks for the reply! I do hope the PS5 runs cooler in a more closed environment (inside a cabinet) and doesn't necessarily need to be "out in the open."
Just to add, your video popped onto my newsfeed by chance and have spent the best part of yesterday going through your other vids...! Content is spot on, gained a sub from a fellow Tesla owner :) Now to watch those videos.. BTW the reason for my initial comment is that I'm currently doing up my lounge and the carpet in your room looks amazing - if you are able to, would appreciate the name, colour and cost of the carpet! Thanks
@@SpawnPoiint Thanks and no worries. Do you know the colour and/or company? Royal Studley seems to be a place in North Yorkshire so Googling hasn't yielded any positive results! I have been trying to look for the exact colour and carpet featured in your setup for ages so any further information so I can find the exact one would be a massive help. Thanks
