When you find people to buy coffee from, it would be really great to see how these folks are impacted and what happens to their lives because you pay them fairly. Yknow? I think it would continue to bolster sales of your coffee as well, since folks will feel like their support of you supports others also.

It must be extra special for a parent to see their children doing such awesome work, and for you, that your father let's you know just how loved you are. Your unbound enthusiasm and zest for life and compassion for others is over-the-top awesome! Building a community of like minded peoples and supporting indigenous farmers and paying them a fair price for their products, what can I say! I am thankful that you help dispell the image of the 'Ugly American' and I am proud to say that there are still some of us doing a good and righteous work. Godspeed my friends!

Keep in mind, in these areas of the world, if you’re going to pay someone 5-10x what they typically sell for, you should expect to have made some enemies cause the previous buyers may well have been able to pay that as well, and now lost their money maker.

Jordan & Kayli, I'm very happy to see your business is doing well. It is wonderful you can grow your business and help the Guatemala farmers to a better life. This is my message just in case you missed the first one. In Guatemala it is known they have some mean ombres who do not like foreigners or Americans very much. These same ombres have been known to kill or injure some foreigners, who just want to help the poor farmers of Guatemala who these ombres have been ripping off for years. In other words they do not like competition. So from this day forward, when ever you travel to Guatemala to do business you must not stand out. Do not attract attention. Move easy and be very careful and I mean careful. Act like you are locals. Do you understand? Be careful celebrate on your way home.

I do have to say that I haven’t ordered coffee yet as all I have seen so far is roasted more than what I prefer......do u have light roasted, cinnamon color available. I ran a coffee business in China, featuring Yunnanese coffee from Xishuangbanan........and a very lightly roasted left the drinker with lovely floral accents and rippin caffeine for that get me going feeling........just a thought.......might open your market to more adventurous coffee consumers

I’m so excited for you guys. I’m also begging for you to have at least one decaf coffee available. The coffees I have gotten from y’all has been some of my favorite, but I have to limit my caffeine and can’t drink it as often as I’d like. Having a decaf option would be a blessing. I know it’s tough to do and even tougher to make it taste good , but I have faith in you guys.

Once when I got to overnight in husbands cabin on giant fish processing ship I was surprised the head or the toilet was using very warm water. That’s a pleasant sensation especially in between Russia and Alaska.
