Looks fantastic. My way to deal with the foam texture is to bevel everything. I have a little bandsaw though.

My armour is contempt, my shield is disgust. But a good power pack and iron halo force field never hurt either. Great build as always! Love the magnetisation on the Iron Halo. Would love to see a version where you don’t paint over the Googly eyes as well :-) Edit: Avatar the Last Airbender is one of the greatest shows to work to. Damn this video is awesome.

I keep thinking about how the googly eyes would make noise when you walk. Is there any way to make them so that they don't rattle? Maybe cut a hole in the back, take the rattle but out and blue them on? Or just 3d print rivet heads?

That is a power pack for the power armour. Not a jump pack.
