I've been waiting for this episode ever since I saw you were going to purchase this display. It did not disappoint in the least. I was really happy to see how well this was designed and how easily it set up, but more so how beautiful looks when it's completed and you have figures in it. I would love to have one of these for my loose figures for sure. I absolutely love the finished look. And can't wait to see when you have it filled with figures. Keep up the fantastic videos, really love the series that you're doing, good luck on your hunt!

Dude, I'm proper enjoying these videos. Only just found them and started to binge watch to catch up. I'm from England and am lucky to have a large vintage collection, all in great condition from my childhood. I have about 100 loose figures, and am missing tops 3 accessories. Still need ev9d9, rebo band, blue snaggletooth and a couple of rare figs so I'm looking forward to seeing how you get those. I haven't added anything to my vintage stuff for maybe 30 years, but this is inspiring me to start again. Stopped collecting for about 15 years apart from the odd bits, and have now collected sw Black series 6 inch for about 4 years. I've got my vintage ships, sets, mini rigs etc mixed with newer figs on bookcases which is adequate at best, but looks ok. My vintage figs are still packed away but I need to sort them out. Will check out this company as I'm sure it will be easier and cheaper to get in England! Thanks for sharing this brother. Take care and good luck man!

Beautiful art piece for any man space 😍 the only one thing I would like to see included would be a name pill for each character but I understand the numerous reasons why they didn’t do this !!! This must be the BEST display case for vintage Star Wars figures in the world 😍 I love it and I want one !!!

There was one cabinet maker who does the pill! I wanted to get that one but he only makes the print and the case frame. Watch episode 7 to get the name of that maker. But I agree that would have been cool. Thanks for watching Raw, always good to see your comments. MTFBWY

I think that Snowtrooper has a repro .........cape? It shoud be a skirt worn around the waist. Love the display case!

As much as I love SW, I enjoy watching construction of anything even more...Being a skilled tradesman I'd love to do that all day long - plus you probably the only American I've seen put together a product with call-outs in metric, rather than 'Imperial' (no pun intended) without having a melt down...😃 That case really looks the part, really excited about seeing it filled 👍🇬🇧

The snow trooper is supposed to have waist cape that hooks onto the 2 little tabs on his hips not a cape on his back

Yea I got that figure about 20 years ago and never fixed him. I do have a Snowtrooper in a Kenner Baggie that I am going to send to grade, so that one will be displayed correct (Well with its cape off, but graded.). I tried to take the incorrect one off before I displayed it, but its jammed, lol. I may get a replacement if I find one for a great deal, but for now, it's staying like that. Good eye though! Thanks for this video, it helped answer so many questions I had about this case (and some I didn't know to ask). Told me I'm not ready for this case yet (don't have the space for it at the moment), but it looks really great the way you have hooked it up. This is only the 2nd video of yours I've seen (so maybe this is explained elsewhere), but how you had the Snowtrooper cape applied (around the shoulders?) was definitely attention-grabbing and unusual... maybe that will be explained in another video. (Update - Nm, I should have read comments first, I see it's explained elsewhere)

When buying Ben, Luke and Vader figures with smaller tip in lightsaber, is it important to buy one with a straight tip or can a bent tip be gently bent back straight?

Hi mate. Many thanks to you for sending me the link to this video. What are the small pegs I see on the figure disc stands?. Are they just an aid to help stand them up?. Also how is the LED lighting powered?. Is it battery or mains?. Many thanks once again for your videos. Hey Kris! The small pegs fit into the peg holes in the action figure and help them stand. The LED are powered by mains and have a dimmer attached to them which is nice. Thanks for watching my friend

I have dug out my original childhood vintage figures and have 61 in total. Most are in very good condition but some are missing accessories. You have made me now want to start collecting the ones I missed as a kid and get the accessories that I lost. I started yesterday and bought Paploo and a yoda epm cane that I was missing. Love your videos. You have made a 48 year old feel like he is 10 again!.

Hahaha good eyes! It’s from my childhood collection and I never fixed it, so I kept it like that. I do have another one in a baggie, but his skirt was never put on but in the baggie with it. That one is in pristine condition and ready to be sent for grading. I actually mention the skirt being wrong in a future episode and was going to do it in this episode, just forgot to. I just ordered a case, super excited to get it. I will definitely come back to watch this video when it gets here. But here's my question for you, when you add a figure to the case do you have to take off the figure stand to attach the figure and then put it back on? Or is it sturdy enough to push the figure into place. It doesn't look like the clear stands are hanging on by much. Thanks.

Hey Slybru! You are going to enjoy the case! The stands are sturdy enough that you can remove and place the figures on without having to take the acrylic stand off everytime. In fact I’ve never had to reset the planks once they are inserted. And I hope to see you on this Sundays video!

When adding the figures did you feel you had lot more to go or did it seem like you were further than you thought?

When I started I only had 5 figures that were complete from my childhood collection, so seeing my list so empty, it really felt like an uphill battle and honestly I didn’t think it was going to be fun or easy. And while it’s not easy at times, it been the most fun I have ever had and just wish I did it a lot sooner. But I would still document it, even if RU-vid wasn’t around. I still have a long way to go, but slowly but surely we will get there.

Is there room for Jabba, Salacious, Max Rebo Band, and Droid Factory Artoo in this display?

Hi Homme! The Rebo Band yes, the Droid Factory r2, yes, But jabba and salacious, no unfortunately. Collector Displays sells a larger case that does hold all of these, but unfortunately they dont ship that to the USA yet, and Im in California. I did want that case, but its only available in the UK and EUR for that option. I did just order the Creature Case though and that holds a Rancor, Wampa, The Jabba Playset, and the dewback. I will have to send you a video but it has been hung up in customs for over 90 days. Well that would be fucking awesome. It would arrive that soon. Cool display frame. Maybe you weren’t alive in 1980; so maybe you didn’t play with these figures as a kid… The Snowtrooper doesn’t wear a shoulder cape; it goes around his waist. I see a few Bones Brigade reissues on the wall behind you; which means you obviously did some skating in the 80’s. 👍👍

Well, I have been collecting for 27 years, but I never did 3.75. I have friends who do. I do collect Black series. Just ordered George Lucas Stormtrooper today. And, l have to confess I didn't start Black series until January 2020. I do Stormtroopers, Mandalorians, Jedi, Sith, Aliens, and human Men and Women. Not really a big fan of Astro Droids, Jawas, or Ewoks.

I love the black series line and try to collect all of the sith and empire figs from that line. I don’t know if I’ll get the George fig, but I think it’s a good looking figure. I also collect Ahsoka figures cuz I love her. How far are you into your collection? And what is your all time favorite collectible that you have gotten so far? I really have too many favorites to name. I just moved so everything is packed up in Totes right now. But when I get everything displayed again I have 10 different Earth's, approximately 1700 figures. I can claim 74 different Avengers on Earth 616, 27 member Justice League on Earth 1, a 29 member Justice Society on Earth 2. In Star Wars Black, well, right now I would like to get the entire Crew of the Ebon Hawk from the Knights of the Old Republic game, I have Reven and Zaalbar ordered. Also should be getting my Rogue 1 crew pretty soon. I missed them the first time and was glad for the rerelease. Jaina Solo was hard to get as was Slave Leia. Army Building is pretty tough. Numbers wise I'm starting to get a respectable amount of Stormtroopers, but they are all over the place in terms of styles. After a Wave each style seems to disappear. And the Action Figure aisle has been totally empty since February, meaning I have to rely on online these days. Maybe that's how I ended up with 7 Crimson Jet Troopers and only 2 Regular Jet Troopers. LOL
