It's lovely seeing the developments in your dreamhouse. Do not worry much about not having your floor tiled. My parent's humble bungalow or the one we grew up in only had polished concrete. But the floor looked lovely esp. after being freshly waxed. Otherwise, you can use linoleum of various designs as another option. I agree that your husband is a donner of many hats. But you are equally skillful and talented, too, Nicole. You're a brilliant artist in many facets - pastry baking/decorating, interior decorating, and drawing. You're good with cooking and gardening also.

Wow beautiful house, just make sure that tile grout are applied and sealed properly i saw some spaces between tiles in the kitchen 😊 it build up molds if it is not properly applied
