Meaning in the Rent (Live & License) Agreement we have to keep a clause that if the building goes for redevelopment the tenant has to vacate the flat after one month notice period.

Hello ji. Iam the owner of a building. My name is mentioned in the PR. This is an ancestral property which is inherited from my father by his registered Will. I have 2 sisters. Now my building has become old and dilapidated. Its more than 40 years old. I have been living here and now i wish to redevelop this building with a reputed builder. Can my sisters interfere or stay the redevelopment at any stage. Please help.
