b conni He is, but he couldn’t, either because people hated him or politicians in San Diego were not willing to part with tax money for a stadium. A stadium wasn’t going to be built without some kind of public subsidy there. When that wasn’t going to happen, Chargers left.

Its Economics 101. The tickets will be less expensive than at the soccer stadium, parking will be cheaper and the facility is brand new. They will sell plenty of tickets, maybe not enough to sell out, but it will work out.

Jerry Lopez not really normally when a new facility opens up they increase prices to cover the cost of construction and in the case of the chargers they will really need to increase the price to pay the rent they owe the rams and no offence without extra ticket prices spanos can’t afford rent and finally I’ve been to nearly every new stadium and prices increase not decrease

FWL 88 If you see the deal that was agreed to, Chargers keep most of their game day revenue. They can set their ticket prices any level they want. The Rams are the ones paying for the stadium. Their owner is the one assuming the risk. The Rams and Chargers will be fine. If you look at everything from a business standpoint, the city of San Diego is the real winner. They got $90 million for the stadium land from San Diego State and no longer have to pay $10 million a year for maintenance of the old stadium. Rams are the ones subsidizing the Chargers, not the city of San Diego.

Beautiful design but it looks like it should've been flipped. The video starts showing the part of the stadium that is facing what looks like a 50ft. wall. The side of the stadium that is facing the street will be blocked by the NFL Headquarters which doesn't make sense to me.

I love my Chargers & they deserve this beautiful stadium but I thank the Rams for there financial support for building the stadium also. The Rams fans have to make the visiting teams fans feel welcome sometimes because if they lose & not sell tickets anymore like in 93' coliseum , thanks for the new house & hopefully they remember the road back to St.louis.

Dude look up the facts when the Rams moved to St.louis from LA, because they were not making no money dead broke empty seats in 95' coliseum, the Rams fans are annoying yelling who's house to opposing fans feel like bitch slapping a bitch, nobody doesn't want to hear that shit, that's why opposing fans don't go to Rams games. The Chargers welcome opposing fans & make it worth the experience of a fun football game well money spent at LA Charger games in the future for our new house.

It's the Rams stadium because they built it with their money. Chargers share the stadium for the purposes of the NFL. Nothing wrong with characterisation of this as Rams stadium shared with Chargers.

Stan the owner of the Rams complained to the NFL that the chargers are not holding their end of the lease deal.
