She is coming right along, you are doing a great job on her. I have never dealt with molten lead or other metal but from everything I have read or watched this will be the most dangerous part of the build. As a sculptor I figure you know what you are doing.

Seeing the beautiful fall colors on the trees around the lake was a treat. Lost wax/sand for bronze followed by "lost wood" for the keel casting process. Great video Bob and thanks for sharing!

That mold came out well and should hold the molten lead as you cast it. That's a lot of lead to melt and pour to get it one solid piece.
