I think the same way with creating intros, I know where it has to end so decode where to start then create a cycle to get to that point. I'm diggin' on Dreamer cool tune.

Love your stuff, brother. I've been composing for a long time, myself. Nice of you to share this "insider" knowledge with everyone. I had a friend who dove heavily into jazz and went the classical route. He shared little tips like this over the course of several years and it dramatically improved my understanding of jazz harmony which I then used in my compositions. Stay true.
